🔁 Returns Eligibility

You may return items within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • The item is defective, damaged, or not as described

  • You notify us within the return window via email or our contact form

📌 Note: Due to hygiene and safety concerns, medical equipment, cushions, and personal care items are non-returnable unless faulty.


📦 How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at returns@nationwidedmesupplies.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. Wait for approval and shipping instructions

  3. Ship the item back to us (return shipping may be covered depending on reason)

  4. Upon inspection, we’ll confirm the refund or exchange within 5–7 business days


💳 Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the transaction to reflect on your statement

  • If the item is found used or damaged (not by transit), partial refunds or no refunds may apply


🚚 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Contact your credit card provider—it may take time before your refund posts

🚫 Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds or returns on:

  • Opened or used products

  • Clearance or discounted items

  • Custom orders or made-to-order items


📌 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, email us with your order details and a photo of the damage.
