Permobil will, at its option, repair or replace your device without charge. The warranty does not apply to defects caused by improper use, modifications or alterations to electrical circuitry and physical construction, or defects caused beyond control while in transit. Permobil is not responsible for any damage to one’s wheelchair caused by the device.
